Product Description

These products replace expensive dedicated full form diamond dressing rolls by allowing the user to generate profiles using the CNC capability of the machine tool.

Their design uses both natural and synthetic diamond and incorporates the latest developments in diamond processing and 'man made' diamond technologies. Both individual and/or 'bulk' stones are used, as illustrated below. Diamond specification is dictated by the application, some of the parameters for which are shown below.

The diamond layer is fixed in a sintered metal body to give maximum product performance.

A standard range of designs are available from stock with 'dedicated' profiles being supplied on request.
