Flat Glass Edging

Metal Bonded Diamond Pencil Edging Wheels are used primarily in the fabrication of flat glass, for the Automotive, Architectural and domestic appliance markets.  Radial edges ranging from shallow to full semi circular profiles are produced.

Cup wheels and multi part wheels are used to produce flat and chamfered edges.

Re-profiling of pencil edging wheels can also prolong the life of wheels by up to 900%

Flat Glass Drilling

Metal Bonded Diamond Core Drills are used to produce high quality holes in Flat Glass with speed, accuracy and economic tool life.

Available in matched pairs with straight shanks or special adaptors.

Optical Lens Grinding

Metal Bond Diamond Tooling for Optical Glass and Plastics are used in all aspects of the industry, both in Lens Generation and Lens Edging applications. They provide the user with a comprehensive range of modern and high performance tooling.

Crystal Glass Grinding

Metal Bonded Diamond Wheels are designed for both hand and machine cutting in the Crystal Glass Industry.

They provide the ease of use and high quality finish demanded by modern manufacturers and can be specified for a wide range of glass types covering both leaded and unleaded crystal.

The wheel profiles are manufactured to suit customers individual requirements for glass decorating, together with a range of standard tooling for automatic cutting and grinding equipment.

General Engineering

Metal Bonded Diamond Wheels are used in general engineering in many ways.

Metal Bond Cup Wheels are particularly suited to the hand grinding of tungsten carbide tools where their extreme durability gives maximum life and freedom from accidental damage.

Metal Bond Discs must be used with coolant but are still suitable for cutting up and slotting all hard and abrasive materials used in general engineering.
