Resimet Wheels Download Brochure

The Resimet bond concept offers the user the best of both worlds - excellent abrasive retention, the long life properties usually associated with metal bonds, and the fast cutting characteristics of resin bonded wheels.  Perfect for Dry Grinding of Tungsten Carbide and HSS (High Speed Steel)

Resimet - A bonding system in which the primary component is a cold pressed and sintered porous metal skeleton that firmly secures the diamond or CBN grains. The secondary bond component is a vacuum cast resin which completely impregnates the porosity in the metal bond structure.
